EastArk Enterprises accepts referrals from Arkansas Rehabilitation Services. Individuals are
provided a ten day Work Assessment to determine their skill levels, attitude
toward work, and desire to become employed.

Adjustment Training is provided to those whose skills need improvement and whose outlook is placement in a competitive job in the community. The time frame for this "Adjustment" period is approximately nine months.
For some, an extended period of time may be needed to learn work skills. For these, Work Activity and Adult
Development services are available.
